Returns & Price Matching

We want you to love your items from June Ruby! If you don't, we'll do our best to take care of you and your exchange or return. We would like items to be returned in a timely fashion (within 30 days), without being worn and tags intact. We know there will always be occasions for exceptions, so just let us know if your situation requires special attention (via phone/text/email) and we will do our best to fix the problem and make you happy!

If your items were shipped to you, please email us at juneruby@juneruby.com so that we can send you a return label. Please keep the original shipping box or envelope to ship your items back to us. When we receive your items, we will refund you and email you a refund confirmation. We do charge a $10 restocking fee (unless of course the return is due to our error), but will send you a code so that you may recoup the cost on your next purchase with us.

We price match!

If you find a lower price elsewhere, let us know before your purchase and we will gladly match the price for same styles & sizes.

Additionally, if you purchase an item at June Ruby which is reduced within 2 weeks of purchase, we are happy to complete a one-time sales adjustment in the form of store credit.
